The phone stopped charging for day and I wake up in the morning the screen was cracked.On November 2019 I took the phone back to the store and I ask one of the employees to charge it for me. After 3to4 hours I wents back to check my phone the phone was still off. She ask another employee that the is not charging. He took phone and he was looking it the he said "your charging pot is damaged". I tell him that it fine since the phone it new I only use it for 2 months can u fix it. He said "the warranty not carve screen and charging pot and more". I said to him OK the charging pot it internal you must replace it. He said " you know how to fix it then fix it course am telling you that charging pot it not carved which part you don't understand". I was so angry to him I tell him that I'll send you to hello peter he said "go ahead" I left the game store all the way to work they phoned the she said "she one of the managers please can we talk about this".
