Reselling returned items as New items .
Bought a Microwave Opened it when I got home, it was scratched and dented Returned it bought another more expensive option, got home to find out it does not have the plate in it and seems to be repaired previously.this store is repackaging returned items and selling it as new. Called the store manager asked him to deliver me another unit as I came there twice already, he said he cannot assist with that, I need to come in the store.
Beware this shop is selling returned items as new.

I called and the managers are not willing to assist in sending us a replacement as he says this will cost them money to hire a delivery vehicle, as if it does not cost the consumer money to run back and forth to the store.
