Request for assistance – Damaged Hisense 65" TV delivered Hello Peter, I trust you are well. I need your assistance with a Hisense 65" TV I bought online from Game. It was delivered the same day I was leaving for the Easter weekend. I got back on Tuesday and went straight to work. There was no one at home because I only stay with my 8-year-old son, and he left with me. On Tuesday evening I asked for the TV to be mounted. When we switched it on, we found it was cracked on the top left corner. There was no indication at delivery that I needed to check it immediately. I have contacted Game several times since then, but I have not received any feedback. Kindly assist me in resolving this with them.
