Request for an exchange
I went to Game West Street to exchange pampers premium size 2 for a bigger size as I had bought more than enough & my son has outgrown them. I bought the nappies at Game Pavillion in 11/2015. I bought 2 packets to cover for the December period I would be away in Eastern Cape. My son was unfortunately admitted at Kingsway Hospital for severe reflux on 10/12/2015 - 15/12/2015.

The service and bad attitude with which Charles Howard treated me was very unbecoming for someone who is to uphlod any company values let alone deal with customers and expect those customers to become regular clients. Firstly, when Nompumelelo Hlongwa called him he promised that he would be at the Customer Service desk between 5/10 minutes even though he claimed to be in a meeting. 20 Minutes later he told her that he is on his way - he arrived 45 minutes later. The manner in which he addressed me was very brusque and dismissive, he never listened to my request but told me: If I don't have slip he won't exchange. What I found contradicting was that he said: they don't exchange their top 5 items: nappies, formula, etc. Now if that's the case, why was I asked for slip? What do I with these nappies?
