Replacement refusal

I bought a fridge/freezer for 12k. It was delivered and put in storage. When opened the fridge was completely destroyed. The inside shelves were broken off, the side panels have multiple tears in, 3 of the 4 back corners were damaged and the fridge door were bent in the middle. I notified game store in wonderpark and after months of back and forth they said the CPD period have passed and the are not going to honour the replacement policy.
