Replaced Brand new TV of same make and model

I bought a Samsung UHD 55" TV from Game Liberty Midland Mall Pietermaritzburg about 18 months ago and being a retired farmer of 66 yrs old, tried fitting it to the wall myself. Then disaster struck and it fell to the floor and shattered. R10,000 down the tubes. I then contacted Game and told themwhat happened. The next day the Regional Manager phoned me up and gave me a brand new one free of charge and offered to erect it for me. Such compassion and service is hard to come by nowadays
