Replace all staff at Game Paarl.

I really do not know why Game in Paarl are still open. We have been in Paarl for 9 years and since then we have had nothing but bad experiences. And looking on Facebook and community sites EVERYONE feels the same. Just last week in the local paper someone can’t complained again.

The staff are just so don't care, Not my problem, Im doing you a favour attitude. There is never ever anybody to help around. You always have to wait for them to call then you still end up waiting 30 + min. Like today I had to wait 45 min just to try and buy a extractor fan. In the end i left and went somewhere els. I end up spending R250 more but got a service with a smile.

Please please please with tears in my eyes make a plan. Send the staff on training get better management. Anything but do something. If you do not believe me go and look at facebook.
