Repeated Laptop issues

I bought a laptop from Game Groblersdal September 2019 with the understanding that it has a 2 year warranty. In November 2019 I took the laptop in because the screen was glitching. I got it back later that month. Then in August 2020 I took it in again because the screen was glitching again. I didn't hear back from them and decided to go to Game and enquire about my laptop. I was then informed that it had been there a week already. I took the laptop home and when I took the laptop out I saw the stickers I had stuck in were not there, thinking I had gotten a new laptop I proceeded to set it up. The laptop had already been named but there was no information on it. I then tried to connect it to my wifi but it wouldn't connect. I have a 20mb/s line and 2 extenders throughout my house. I then changed the battery settings and tried to connect again. I took the laptop so that I was standing right next to my router and still only got one bar of signal. I then took the laptop back to game on Saturday and explained what happened. Customer service sent me to the computers department where the gentleman tried to see what could be the cause then called his manager explaining my situation and that it was the third time I had brought the laptop in. The manager said that I should be refunded and I choose a new laptop. I was willing to pay extra in to get a new laptop. I went back to customer service and then after reviewing my slip they called the manager over that had advised that I be refunded, saying that the warranty was no longer valid. They then told me that the two year warranty was only if I registered for it. I then argued that they had given me a faulty laptop after I had sent my laptop in within the warranty period of a year. The manager said that he would contact the supplier monday to get me my refund. At this point I don't even want a laptop or a gift card, I want my money returned as this is the worst service I have received ever and would rather support another business that actually cares about their customers
