Repeated bad customer service from game Brooklyn

Hi I received an SMS from game stating I must come and collect my generator is repaired only to find that it has not being repaired becouse they say I have used a lot of oil after two months of me waiting for their feedback this is what i get for choosing to buy from their store the generator was still under warranty and only being used for two months please help as this is a repeat of bad Customer service and what must I do with a generator that is not working.
