Repairs/Warranty

After bringing back in the lawnmower that we bought from Game , on 26/08/2017, which appeared to be faulty, after two weeks the contacted me and let me know with the following feed back: Mr Maritz the lawnmower was overworked ,if i want it repaired i need to pay in R1056 .00 . This is a lawnmower with a 2 yr warranty , my lawn is only 3m x 18m , now my question to game is on the warranty repair paper how can they say it will be replaced or will give back the money , but yet they asking for me to pay in . I even volunteered to take pics of my lawn at home no response . i feel let down and that game only is full of bs that's why they cant commit to their product , because they can't deliver and are quick to say the fault is at the client . tired of chain link shopping places . Keep your items Game , it won't make me broke nor a lesser person , but know this i wont keep this quiet , i will rather recommend smaller instances for people who wants and deserves a better service and value for what they purchase.
