Repairs more Expensive
Bought 3 Telefunken TEL7JD tablets for my daughters for Christmas, in March 1 of the tablets was put on charge and when it was powered on screen was white and then turned dark grey and is unresponsive. Took it back to Game @ Carnival Mall and was told that repairs would be R1083 on a tablet that retailed for R749!!!!! Seriously, the tablet was not dropped and there is no damage on screen itself so it is not our fault yet we have to pay almost double! This is totally unacceptable that customers have to pay for what could be a technical fault.
