REPAIRS FOR TV SET

I bought a Samsung TV Plasma 43. 3 weeks back i had a problem where the screen was damaged by lightning. I took the TV back to the shop for repairs. I was told that my warranty does not cover the screen that was broken i had to pay for repairs. I agreed and paid the set amount in full . My TV set when i took for repairs did not have any scratches except for the glass that was damaged. On the 15 March i was contacted to collect the tv set. To my suprise the holder(stand) had scrathes that is been damaged not in the condition that i left it with them. I was told that it might that this happened at the workshop or drivers that were delivering the TV. The manager of the store then promised to contact me as he will discuss the matter with the workshop. My problem is i bought the TV set at Game store not the workshop, i have relationship with the store. My expectation is for the TV stand to be replaced and to be in the condition which it was when i left it with them. I paid R4500.00 for repairs and it was te same as buying a new Tv set. I am really dissapointed the manner in which my matter was handled as the branch manager did not care less. I need to be contacted within 24hrs on ********** 859. I am really disgusted.
