Repairing broken machine from the same Supplier

I complained about grass cutter previously bought at Game. The machine was taken to the supplier in December. The respond I got was that the petrol pump is broken and I have to pay 430 to fix it. The warranty does not cover it. The machine broke 4 months after purchased, taken in for repairs. The supplier was very rude when following up the machine. When we collect the machine ,it looked old and we told them that is not our machine. The parts looked old. As it was already in winter we didn't use it the grass was small.

The time we used it in November, it broke. We took it to Game again in December

Today I was called that I have to buy petrol pump is broken.

1. We complained about the machine when we fetched it for the first time. 2. The rude supplier didn't bother to listen. 3. This is a racial problem. They gave us tampered machine with old parts now I have to buy parts. 4 Game you are realy failing us. This supplier is discriminating us.
