Repair policy????

Morning, I bought a Bennet Read 11.5L airfryer at Game in Welkom on 23 Jan 26. This morning when I want to use it, it was dead. No power. Game said there's a policy to repair it, no one told us about such a policy. I PLEASE want a new one, they can just replace with the same new one. I use it every every day. Please help. What to do?
