Repair Policy

Bought a gazebo in April 19, I use the gazebo for the past 2 months every Friday to sell food. The legs started to bend on the top. The next day i opened up the gazebo and the bend was no longer a bend but a piece on its own. I went to Game Rosebank advised them of the poor quality of manufacturing but was told that they will book it in and it will take 21 day for repairs. So I'm lile 21 days who will feed my family for that 21 days. Called the manager who instead made me an offer to purchase anyone and he would give me 20%. I don't think they understand even if it comes back from repairs which wont be in December bcuz factories are closing for December but i will be back with the other leg been broken or some other default agian due to the poor manufacturing material used for the gazabe. The sad part is that noody gives a ****.
