Repair pending for 3 months with no feedback

I bought a defy stove two years ago and also bought extended warranty with it. June this year i logged a query that my stove is not working and until today 31 August 2020 no-one has come to check the stove. I had to buy a two plate stove since my four plate stove is not working. I have been to Game Eastgate more than 5 times but nothing happens after our discussion. I was given an email that deals with complains and i sent an email but never received any response. This is so disappointing especially when no-one is giving feedback.
