Repair item handed to me un repaired
I sent in my fone in for repairs to Vodacom through Game stores Midrand, and after 2 weeks recieved and sms “repair item ready for collection”
Getting to the store l was handed my device by Balinah Mohale, un repaired, giving me no reason. Only when l asked did the hanndset not come with a report from repairs, she then send someone to go search for the report which l was asked to bring the accessories
Why did she not check this report before asking me to collect? She could have then asked me to bring the needed accessories?

I told the stuff at Game Stores that there is a culture that, if one is not ready to assist their customers, they start making them run around, hoping they do not come back.
