Repair a broken bicycle wheel.

I have bought a bicycle for my daughter on the 29 of June 2019. One of two supporting wheel at the back is broken. I took the broken wheel to store. I was told the is no guarantee on the wheel. The slip is writting that they "have warranty, repaired for you- should that take longer than 21 days. I am within a days period. They refused to repair the wheel.
