Regret buying at game online

So on the 26 of June I decided to order some appliances online, It stated that the shipping was going to take 2-5 days, after 7 days of waiting for the goods I decided to send an email and I was informed that the courier's have not collected the goods, I called again after a few days and I was told there is still no feedback. I'm so angry and ****ed, I regret buying on their online store
