Refusing to replace a tablet

<p>I bought my sister a telefunken tablet last year at game, it started to give her problems of turning the letters upside down. She returned it as i still had a copy of the slip, which i kept after destrying a faded original. At first they agreed to give her a new tablet but she had forgotten a charger. She had to come back the following day with a charger but they refused to give her a new phone, saying that she must bring an original slip. We all know that original till slip fades if kept for too long. And you would agree with me that making a clear copy was a good idea as it would make ni sense to keep a faded slip. </p>
