Refusing to do exchange of faulty stand mixer

I am so disappointed and ****ed off with the Game Store Empangeni branch.Today, 5th October 2025, I went there to do an exchange of my Logik stand mixer that I bought in October last year. My mixer is on and off when I'm using it, and it's hard to use it because sometimes it's working and sometimes it's become on and off According to them, they say because they tasted it, it's working, while on my side, when I continue to use it, it gives me a problem.They ended up saying if it does that again, I must bring it back.I'm asking if I will run up and down until my warranty expires, and they said they can't help me.It's my money that we're talking about. I feel like the treatment is unfair because they do exchanges for other customers, but when it comes to me, they come up with excuses. That was unfair treatment, and I'm very disappointed and ****ed off.
