Refuses to pay R4000 refund
Game refusimg to pay my refund of R4000 + I call them constantly and they say they'll call back but never do.

I was told it's being seen to but the matter has still not been resolved. I was told they, whoever they are, is aware and just need to authorize my refund / credit yet the issue is still going on with no resolution and final action to pay my refund / credit. This has been going on for an extremely long time.
