Refused to return goods within 24 Hours of puchase

I bought a DSTV decoder and when I want to returned it the next day I was been told I cannot do that because I did register the product with DSTV and it is now second hand and that I must sell it privately.Game did not told me that I cannot returned the product or that there are any special conditions if I change my mind the next day as advertise in store and on there website<br> <br> Game did not have any problems with me pay for the product . Even when i said that I want a different deal but keep the original decoder i was been told NO!!!! I have to buy a brand new decoder they cannot and will not help me.<br> <br> When I ask to put this in black and white was been told some one else will phone me back it did not happen<br> <br> Was been promised to be phoned back by a senior sales manager but nothing happen bad service again. Did tried to phone the store manager but no luck there either left message to phone me back but no luck bad service. <br> <br> I am been keep at ransom now cannot get new device unless I buy a brand new device
