Refuse to exchange my product
If I could rate Game Store Clearwater Mall 0 stars I would. They are refusing to allow me to exchange a product that does not fit me. Where the sign clearly states no refund, I am only requesting for an exchange. The store manager Simon is so rude, refused to listen to me. I am extremely unhappy with the service. I waited over 20 minutes just for the branch manager that never came!

Please note, in order to return an item, it has to be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Regarding clothing or apparel, socks and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to health risks.
