refusal to refund
<p>Bought a bookcase but side buckled and shelves fell down if any weight was put on it. Took back to Bayside but they couldn't find it on their system so refused to refund. Manager just shrugged. Appalling customer service. Left bookcase there no use to anyone. Will never buy a thing there again.</p>

03 Jan 2017, 16:15Game called yesterday and said that they would look into the matter and call back. They didnt. Called them this morning to be told lady who called yesterday was now on leave. Current person said manager could not help. Deadend useless customer service. Will never shop at GAME again, will warn my friends and business partners same.
