Refusal to re-order from Supplier - Conti CWD-100c

I have been trying for over 2 months to get Game Pavilion and Game Pinetown to re-order Vacuum bags that they have on their system.<br> <br> The supplier has stock and the product was able to be re-ordered on the system.<br> <br> I purchased the vacuum cleaner from Game Pavilion in May of this year and have been needing to purchase the bags for 2 months now.<br> <br> After lots of phoning and being given the run around, I have now been told by Pravin that they will not be re-ordering the bags.<br> <br> How can a company conduct business in this way? I would understand if the vacuum cleaner had been old and wasn't being manufactured anymore. But it is not. Game have just not bought anymore of that specific model or make.<br> <br> I said that I would like to return the vacuum cleaner as it is useless to me now that it does not do what is is meant to do without the bags and Pravin told me that they won't refund the money/give me a voucher because there is nothing wrong with the vacuum cleaner.<br> <br> I was up until that point prepared to get a refund/voucher and pay MORE money to Game to buy a better quality machine. Now they can stick it!<br> <br> I will never buy anything else ever from Game stores. Absolutely useless.<br> <br>
