Refunded short money
I bought a washing machine on Game online turns out to be too big for my space so I returned it, boxed and unused,it took 3 weeks for them to refund me but they took R1000 that no one has explained to me what was that for I called several times and each person I spoke to keep saying the urgent handling your case will get back to you till today I haven't got my money back of even an explanation to why they took R1000 I paid R5500 for the machine they refunded me R4499 I am so frustrated with Game I will never buy anything on their online store again.
