REFUND - Waiting since 14 July 2020!

Ultra quick to accept my money - impossible to get my refund! Is there anybody of integrity employed at Game...?

And then the staff wonder WHY so many DionWired & Game stores were closed down!!!

You are beyond honest, totally useless & very indicative of non- Service Delivery in SA!

REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY!

How about being PROFESSIONAL (for once!) and giving your (ex) customer a DATE & TIME as to when this refund will happen!

Ahhhh, Africa.... that is asking too much!

These ....."cut & paste" replies are ultra pathetic!

I tried phoning Game Refund Dept and I was put on hold with the most atrocious piped music...
Absolute noise! Get rid of it!
I request Naheer (?) to return my call and he fills me in as to why I have not been refunded!
I have never in my life dealt with such INCOMPETENCE!!!
