Refund us our money and premiums

Both a tablet from Game and the feed us to this useless insurance company called Monitor Administrators. I want my insurance premiums back and the money we spent buying the tablet. My son is without a tablet for school. Sent the tablet for repairs 2 months ago and nothing until I called and demanded to speak to Manager. Manager tells me tot day to pay eccess which we did and now all of a sudden no parts or stock. My son my now wait for who knows how long or take a smaller tablet. We bought a 10.1" for a reason. What a nuisiance, so upset. Game must stop pushing sales for these useless company because it seems as if they are in bed with Monitor Administrators to loot our premiums
