Refund taking too long

On the 21st of March 2025, I tried to make an online purchase through their website. The transaction did not go through because of a problem with their system. I queried this with customer service as the money was deducted from my bank account and sent them through the proof of payment. Game promised to refund me the money within 7 to 14 working days. After countless of follow ups and trying to escalate the matter, I have not received my refund to date. I have never received such appalling service in my life! Give me back my money!
