Refund taking forever to be paid

I ordered Sound bar with Game and was charged twice. I called in several occasions for the refund and all their consultants kept saying they cant hear me and dropping my call. I was promised to get my refund and it is now 2 full weeks and no refund is been made to my account even though I am a loyal customer to Game but that was the treatment I got from them. I am not going to use Game anymore and will never recommend someone I know to use Game ever again. Their service is very pathetic.
