I purchased an android tv a few days ago yesterday I sent numerous messages on their facebook site and emails no response. I have just had an emergency medical problem and need the funds so I asked if I could return this no response. I don't want to go there and get a voucher because the cashiers are going to tell me they don't have the money in their tills so I need a charge back done please sort asap as I need the cash immediately
