Refund out of stock/cancelation of order

On the 25/11/2022 I bought online. On the 28/11/2022 I checked tracking of the item and saw it was out of stock. I immediately cancelled my order with the Contact Centre. I have sent 5 emails, called over a dozen times( called 4 times just this morning and my call gets dropped) and requested assistance on their WhatsApp channel 8 times. I have not received my refund as a yet. I would like resolution immediately!
