Refund on an order

I purchased an office chair and after finding a cheaper deal somewhere else, I decided to cancel the order. I called into their call center to cancel the order, its been an entire week and I have not received any feedback. The order status still shows handed over to the courier since last week and Wednesday. I followed up on the website asking for feedback and they just said it has been cancelled and if delivered I should just refuse delivery. I called yesterday Monday the 25th and the lady I spoke to advised they have sent a request for it to be cancelled. It has been an entire week and no progress has been made on this order. There online service is a pure nightmare and would not recommended it anybody.
