Refund not received in 2 week

I bought a mainstay folding door from game online and i was given an option to return it to a store of which i did on the 4th of October . Refund was said to be received within 3-5 business days . And i still haven’t received it today being the 15th of October 2025. I always contact the WhatsApp chat line and no straight response is being given to me besides “ finance team is currently working on your case “ . I regret purchasing from game online store because why cant i be refunded immediately after item is received? Or maybe process the refund immediately after the item is received by the store as it was a card payment. I want my refund
