Refund not paid by GAME.

On the 9th of May 2020, I ordered the following items from GAME, online:1 X Wonder room and 2 Teflon iron covers, totally R403. The confirmation I received from them informed me that I would receive n order within 5 to 7 days. Then in the 12th or 13th of May, I received an e-mail from GAME saying that they would be refunding me the amount...no reason given Many phone calls and e mails later, I was told that I was being refunded as they were out of stock for all 3 items I ordered. It is now nearly 2 months later and I have not received my refund. In communications with GAME on Facebook messenger, I was told that they had paid the amount into my account on June 16th. I wrote back to say that nothing had shown on my bank transaction history and could they send me proof of the deposit from their side, to date I have not had another response from them...and still no refund. WILL NEVER BUY FROM GAME AGAIN!!!
