Refund nightmare

I'm so annoyed by Game Benoni

I returned an item on the 2nd of September that I had paid for using payjustnow.

Till today, I have not received my refund.

When I check with payjustnow, they advise that Game sent them an email that was not clear and when they try to get confirmation from Game, they don't respond. They dont answer calls either.

It's really hard to get hold of that damn store! I even went to the store to do a follow up... I logged a query online: their Facebook, their support, called them...no one can give me concrete feedback.

Rather give me the damn thing back then at this point.

I can't spend more time trying to follow this up!

Rather part ways with payjustnow if you don't know how to work with the system well.

I'm never going to buy there again and I wouldn't advise anyone to if they use payjustnow to pay.

I want the refund processed and finalised today with payjustnow please. It's long overdue and responding to an email and answering phones is not rocket science.

Is it hard to respond to an email? are your emails not working? why does it have to take so long for you to respond to such an easy thing ?
