Refund nightmare

Ordered a stove from Game, in a day a delivery man phoned wanting to deliver the stove. When it arrived it was incomplete to which I sent it back. I refused the order. I asked for a refund after that. The KZN unrest then happened so refund was delayed. Since the 19th July I've been trying to get my refund and all Natasha Robaxin has done is give me excuses. I'm fed up with Game, I want my money not these useless responses. It's now August and no refund has been processed. Natasha gave me a useless excuse saying the delivery company was meant to send and email. Does an email take a full week to be sent. Game delivery is shocking, should have plans to collect myself. I want my money!!!
