Refund my money urgently

Good day

Since I bought a Defy 80cm Ceran hob stove at game mall Lebowakgomo on the 15/12/2022 and i find out that the knobs are not functioning well.I reported this at the store on the 12/02/2023 and on the 13/02/2023 i received the message with reference num *** showing that they have acknowledged my complain.No one from the technicians or store called me to give update. I did the follow up on 20 February time 12:09 and yesterday i was at the store again and they tried to call technicians no one answered the call. I don't want any technician to come at my place anymore i have given them enough time they have failed. IS ALMOST 18 DAYS WITHOUT FEEDBACK. 18 DAYS WITHOUT COOKING PLEASE URGENTLY REFUND MY MONEY TODAY ATLEAST I CAN BUY ANOTHER BRAND OF STOVE AGAIN IN YOUR STORE . Regards Isaac *** / ***
