REFUND MY MONEY ASAP
This is the second time i am writing, i am still waiting for my refund of a TV that was purchased on the 7/08/2025. I have spoken to several people now from the store and online, they all saying they will do a follow up and nothing happens after.. I WANT MY MONEY GAME! or must i come watch all my favourite tv shows in your store every night? every one keeps on saying we will ask for a refund to be processed that is since day 1 of returning the item.

19 Aug 2025, 08:50You mean the refund that was done by Anita with an incorrect amount? Did i pay you R2600?? when i called in i was told the refund was processed on the 15th and not on the date you are mentioning. I payed you R2 999.00 for the TV not R2600. I want my money before end of the day today.
