Refund following returned goods

The PS4 that I bought on Black Friday sale that was delivered is not what I ordered. Game delivered PLAYSTATION - PS4 500GB+GTA+DAYS G+GOW+FORTNITE+90 DAY, and there was a price difference. After numerous email, it was picked up on the 09 Jan, to date I have not received my refund, despite nunerous emails. Can Game refund my money ASAP
