Refund due for very long time

Bought 3 article. 2 was refunded. Last one is an extreme struggle to get refund as game delivered at wrong address or no communication and no refund. Then telling clients stories of why they are pathetic

Still no response from game regarding refund that is weeks overdue. It's truly pathetic service from what was to have been a trusted brand

It's now going for a month after refund request was send. Can you refund people or are you broke as it's taking ages to refund me the article that was not the requested article, and send back. The duvet was a mistake to try to buy from game. Actually buying anything from game is a huge mistake

Still no refund and no response from complaints department for the refund long overdue. You people told me I asked refund on 5 September. It was prosesed 12 September only. Yet no refund or response or nothing
