Refund delay

I bought laptop at Game store online and later that day I received an email stating that the item I purchased is out of stock and they will refund me and the refund process will take 3-5 days. That was 13 March 2026, till this day I have not received the refund. I tried contacting them regarding the issue but they move me from one department to another. I really need that money to buy another laptop somewhere.
