Refund
Bought a washing machine worth R5000 online on the 28/11/2025 online they debited the money from my account but they said the order failed i should wait for 3-5 days before I get a refund I tried to call them multiple times sent them a proof of payment it’s been 3 weeks now no refund, they are saying the matter is assigned with the finance team
