REFUND!!!

I returned a fridge on the 3rd November, more then 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my refund, all i get is excuses, all saying they have to wait for a return number. How can it take more than 2 weeks for a return number, They do not give me updates where i have to phone them everyday with the same excuse with no effort from their side what so ever. I will NEVER in my life purchase anything from them again. I WANT MY REFUND!!
