Refund being declined

Kindly assist :

I bought two Sinotech televisions from game store at East rand mall The first television just went blank, I therefore had to return it to the store as it was still under warranty …I was then called and told that they do not have parts to repair the TV I was then advised to visit game store for a refund, I was issued with a voucher and the matter was resolved.

A few months later the second TV did the same and just went blank, I returned the item to the store…a few days later I received a call advising they are unable to assist with repairs because the TV was damaged due to physical damage

I am therefore disputing this outcome & request for the matter to be escalated further as there was no physical damage on the item

I therefore feel Game does not want to be held liable as both the televisions had the same issues & yet different outcomes on the feedback from your repairing department

I therefore request that you take accountability as a store as I the client feels ****** with the manner you are handling the matter at hand I’ve been a loyal client of game for over 20 years, I do my groceries in your stores, I get my furniture & household items and clothing from your stores. I am therefore very disappointed with the service I am getting from GAME
