Refund

I had account with game store and it was handed over to VVM Attonerys I ask for settlement quotation in May and over paid the account immediately called Game call center they advise me to the paid letter first then send my proof of payment and paid letter to them did that in June they told me it take 7 to 14 working day after 14 day I was told that my account has be refunded when I checked my bank account there is nothing called them back I was advise to sent my proof of banking to them for investigation still waiting all I want is my refund I can't wait for three months for refund
