refund and i need an inconvinience voucher

i bought items @game store ,the order was cancelled and the sent an email saying i will receive my refund in 3-5 working days ,on the 7th working day i called to find out about my refund ,the lady who assisted me said for capitec it takes 17 working days ,i enquired if she will need my details she said no,game has my details ok after 17 working i called ,another consultant told me that the lady who assisted me didnt get my details ,i must provide my banking details and i will receive the refund within another 17 working days ,they are inconveniencing me.i need an inconvinience voucher or the item i purchase ,they policy says what you see is what you buy.
