Refund and Great Service from staff and Game mngt

Game Zevenwacht is great. I love the staff at Major appliances and the management. <br> They give great after service and resolved my matter with great ethics and professionalism.<br> I bought a Defy fridge and it packed up within the warranty period. Game then swiftly made the arrangements with Defy to come and collect and repair. Defy was not helpful, took their time to collect and then advised me they do not have loan fridge and do not know how long the repair would take. <br> Game then offered me a loan fridge which they did not have to but they were compensating for their supplier. I appreciated that very much. <br> Game handled all the dealings with Defy as I refused to as Defy never communicated or rep**** or assisted me. So Game said they will deal with Defy directly. <br> Defy then after a month and a half sent my fridge back, now with damage to the fridge that was not there before. Game then offered to refund me in order to go buy a fridge anywhere. I advised that I would rather buy at Game again as I am happy with their service and the extra miles they go for customer. <br> I would like to thank Game Zevenwacht's Management and the staff a Major Appliances.
