Refund
I have complain with Game online I am waiting my refund since from April 28 till today I send emails the don't bother to get back to me I spoke to Ashraf Alex and Mellisa about thus issue the always telling me that I will get my refund back after 7 to 14 days now is June still Mellisa still telling me about 7 to 14 working days I am very disappointed and ****t off because I use my money every day to call them and my data to send them emails

01 Jun 2020, 11:53Hi Tammy I don't understand why the took so long to refund my money I se d them banking details long time ago so now this this thing its stressing me a lots because the don't communicate I am the one who's supposed to follow up every now and then and it cost me money to call I am not happy at all
